In each version, the door infill panel offers a high degree of security with resistance class RC 2 in accordance with EN 1627. It has unlimited approval for burglar-resistant doors in the heroal D 72 profile system.

The tested and certified heroal system allows all conventional types of openings to be implemented, including tested emergency exits and escape routes (according to DIN EN 179/1125), ­automatic door systems, finger guard doors and burglar-resistant doors – also with the emergency exit door function.

The heroal D 65 door system offers economical solutions for doors that open inwards and outwards, including automatic door systems and emergency exit doors. The 3-chamber profiles provide the best possible system security with the proven system fittings, combined with heroal system components. The heroal D 65 door system meets the highest demands with regard to operating comfort and burglary resistance.

heroal D 93 FP represents certified fire protection, equally recognised throughout Europe. The fire protection system was tested and certified according to CE mark requirements and therefore meets all valid EC directives. In addition, heroal D 93 FP was tested on fire resistance according to DIN EN 13501-2 classifications, and was able to withstand the fire for more than 30 minutes, meeting fire resistance classification EI 30. The system achieved this classification by means of clamp-on profile and glass protections and laminates. The insertion of cooling plates into major profiles, glazing bar and bottom profiles is no longer necessary. If required, an EI 60 or EI 90 classification can be met by some additional equipment to the same system. Furthermore, the system complies with the regulations for both inside and outside use.

The heroal D 82 SP 5-chamber profile system offers technically sophisticated solutions for fire prevention elements. The separation of cooling zone and functional track which is unique to heroal guarantees lasting application and functional reliability, even with frequent use. As well as national certification, there is also the possibility for certification in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

heroal extends its range of products by the fire protection glass ANTIFIRE 22 - EI 30 for the fire protection system heroal D 82 FP. This glass meets all relevant technical requirements for approval according to EN 14449: 2005 (Glass in building-Laminated glass and laminated safety glass). It is an appealing addition to the glass portfolio of heroal’s D 82 FP system.
